gzip.c plugin - working again + browser compatibility improvement

I did some work on the gzip.c example plugin:
-made it working again (current code failes on asserts from
TSMimeHdrFieldValueStringGet),
-made it compress using the same deflateinit2 call as mod_gzip, for better
browser compatibility (ie issues).
