all of the ERR_* ones
squid does TCP_REFRESH_FAIL_HIT, you do TCP_REF_FAIL_HIT
squid does TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS, you do TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH
squid does TCP_SWAPFAIL_MISS, you do TCP_SWAPFAIL
