JH Kim commented on TS-1246:
----------------------------

I have another question.
When I stoped ATS service using "trafficserver stop", ATS deleted All cached
object. So All first request missed after restarted.
Is it normal?
(Sure, I know that "traffic_line -x" is reload. ATS's reloading keep cached
object.)
