For optimal site performance, it would make sense to let the admin / programmer
control which objects should be cached on only as single node vs all (or a few
nodes). For example:
1) Always cache all objects smaller than 32KB on all cache nodes.
2) Cache all objects of content type text/html on all nodes.
Ideally, we'd have both TSAPI's as well as records.config or cluster configs
for the common cases. This gives the user of a cluster finer control of
performance tradeoffs between storage vs latency / network congestion.
