James Peach resolved TS-1272.
-----------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: (was: 3.1.5)
                   3.1.4

commit 0ca83ac63539ca0e6d5be9df431027c389044d64

TS-1272: workaround for - FATAL: HttpSM.cc:890: failed assert

Commit the workaround discussed in TS-1233. This prevents the crash (seemingly
with no ill effects), but might not address the root cause. I still need
additional logging for that.

> The configuration for this setup is pretty minimal, and is mostly a single

> I will add any appropriate configs, logs, etc as needed to help troubleshoot
> this.
