Description:
proxy.process.cache.ram_cache.bytes_used gives a totally inaccurate reading
when CLFUS is being used, ie

Total Bytes -- 42949672956
Bytes Used --- 59761061888
This makes it impossible to tell when the RAM cache is full, which hinders our
ability to test ATS against squid on full caches.
