hmmm, I guess you want to use the in_the_atomic_list flag to distinguish the
event should be removed from ProtectedQueue.al or ProtectedQueue.localQueue.
does it so ?
Maybe we can just re_init the event if it is in the ProtectedQueue (not remove).
