Oh, and I meant the remap config plugin, not the Lua plugin. I'm sure the Lua
plugin will be plenty fast, but the C plugin is probably faster :)
I'm thinking about this some more, it's possible we could / should add a
Overridable class member to the remap structure. This would allow for each
remap rule to carry one of these as well. I can look into this, unless you
really want to work on it :). Just let me know.
