Experimental plugins merged from separate git are missing related build system
changes to be enabled, and some of them might be not maintained and not
build-able right now. I find that cacheurl plugin is still very useful for me
and it builds/works fine with HEAD on amd64 and i386. Here is my patch for
enabling it with --enable-experimental-plugins
