Without this checkin I am only seeing 1 thread working on request when setting
ATS with:
CONFIG proxy.config.exec_thread.autoconfig INT 0
CONFIG proxy.config.exec_thread.limit INT 2
Leif was also able to verify this behavior on Saturday.
How are you getting your server to core? I am running and haven't see an issue:
