Summary: Remove multiple TS_INLINE defines (was: remove Inline.cc files)
OK, I'm really on crack here. The Inline.cc files are there so that there is an
extern definition for places that don't see the inline definition or can't use
it. There's still scope here to remove the multiple TS_INLINE definitions
though, so let's do that.
