There are two functions, new_RamCacheLRU and new_RamCacheCLFUS that only wrap a
'new RamCacheLRU;' and 'new RamCacheCLFUS;' calls respectively. I'm for
exposing the RamCacheLRU and RamCacheCLFUS classes, but I would also be happy
just seeing a param passed to 'new RamCache;' that would dictate the type
instantiated.
