It seems there used to be a full-url parameter that could be passed to the
regex_remap plugin so that regexes could be matched on the full URL rather than
just on the query string. That functionality is not in the code at this time.
I spoke with user zwoop on IRC today and he indicated that it is something that
could probably be put back in and to file a bug report if I thought I needed
it, which I think I do.
