proxy.config.history_info_enabled

They are truly no-ops (have no purpose). There were a few more (such as
"Product name" and "Vendor"), which I left cause they might have some use as
part of a monitoring system.
Please speak up now if you feel any of these do deserve to linger, even unused.
The reason to remove them is to avoid confusing, such as thinking changing them
would have some sort of effect (which neither does).
