the problem with this, in general is that it won't actually work: Plugins
cannot elevate permissions, as such a {{chown(2)}} to a user other than the one
we're running as won't even be possible.
At least I think it shouldn't. I'm not a big fan of elevating to "third party
code".
IMO, we should just remove the code that deals with setting/chowning/etc.. to a
specific user in the first place.
But this is my opinion, maybe other people have better opinions ;)
