In trying to answer a user's question of whether {{url_regex}} matches the
Scheme, or just the host, I crawled through our source-code and decided that
the answer is: Maybe. It depends on where you're putting that {{url_regex}}. In
{{splitdns.config}} it definitely only just matches the host.
Speaking of which. Why *is* there a duplicate implementation of this for
splitdns specifically?
