This plugin was written at Comcast and is being donated to Apache Traffic
Server.
It is similar in nature to channel_stats. It uses the built in stats interface
in TS instead of maintaining it's own data structure and using a server
intercept to display it. This means the stats can be output by traffic_line or
a slightly modified stats_over_http plugin.
