Summary: Please delete old releases from mirroring system

To reduce the load on the ASF mirrors, projects are required to delete old
releases [1]
Please can you remove all non-current releases?
In this case, 4.0.2 is shown as archived on the download page, and the links
for it all now point to the archive server, so the files can just be deleted.
The patches/ directory can also be deleted.

[Note that older releases are always available from the ASF archive server]
In future whenever a new release is announced, please ensure that any
superseded releases are removed from the ASF dist area.
