it needs to add into .am files
AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS= subdir objects
otherwise you will get lot of errors during compile. Tested on FreeBSD 10.
automake-1.14: warnings are treated as errors
example/Makefile.am:44: warning: source file 'add-header/add-header.c' is in a
subdirectory,
