Fix Version/s: (was: sometime)
I think we should close this, in favor of opening individual bugs for other
renames that we wish to do. For example, we did rename the ink_malloc etc. to
ats_malloc. Doing finer granular bugs makes it easier to shepherd this, and
there's been no urgent need / requirement for a bulk change of remaining "ink"
stuff.
That said, new internal functions / APIs in libts should follow the new naming
scheme (ats / ATS).
