Fix Version/s: (was: sometime)
I think from Summit of 2013, we decided Lua is the config format. Plugins
should be allowed to hook into the Lua format, but that would be a different
bug. Closing for now, please reopen if you think there's still value to add
TSConfig into ts/ts.h.
