Fix Version/s: (was: 6.0.0)
Closing, I don't think it's that important to do this, and it makes upgrading
to newer ATS sufficiently dangerous that we should just leave it. In addition,
you can easily turn the features on / off via traffic_line, without losing the
time setting.
