Description:
Remove traffic_shell.
traffic_shell is mostly dysfunctional, Linux specific wrappers that make the
assumption that an Administrator has no idea what they are doing, while being
entirely undocumented.
We should remove it, which should make it a lot easier to get rid of the TCL
dependency.
