Nope, that's why this is the "90% case", it doesn't need any of that stuff :).
There's nothing for ATS to do, other than to proxy these requests, since the
network is NAT'ed, and we don't need to translate anything here.
Or so I'm told, and this is also why I said this might be worth documenting,
because my use case is so common, and yet it's so easy to do (and doesn't
require any of the complexity that we have in these configs).
