These should be removed, since they can be calculated from other stats:

proxy.node.https.throughput
   - current bytes/second being transfer to ssl connected clients
proxy.node.https.client_throughput_out
   - current Mbits/second being transfer to ssl connected clients
proxy.node.https.user_agent_xacts_per_second
 - https requests/second from ssl clients

It would be good to also have stats on session cache hits and session ticket 
hits.
