Debian/Ubuntu init script should call log_end_msg to return exit code instead
of log_daemon_msg. Also, it's more informative to print $TS_PACKAGE_NAME
instead of $DESC when reporting service name in start/stop/restart. Last
problem is lack of "status" command.
