[~rwbarber2] and I discussed this on email a bit. I think the SSL stats are
good, but there's a few issues about how the HTTPS stats are calculated that I
think should have a wider discussion on dev@. I've asked [~rwbarber2] to
separate this into 2 patches so that we can land some stats while we discuss
the rest.
The discussion around the HTTPS stats needs to address whether HTTPS requests
should increment both the HTTP and the HTTPS metric, and how the HTTPS-ness of
a session is tracked. The latter is very similar to [~yunkai]'s NetProtoType
patches over in TS-2431.
