This is also why I'm sort of thinking all this belongs in the concept of URLs,
generalized to
{code}
%{URL:<qualifier>}
%{CLIENT-URL:<qualifier>}
%{FROM-URL:<qualifier>}
%{TO-URL:<qualifier>}
{code}
So %{TO-HOST} ought to be identical to %{TO-URL:HOST} and %{FROM-HOST} would be
%{FROM-URL:HOST}. If you feel FROM/TO-HOST deserves the special treatment (for
easier use?) then that's fine too.
