Issue Type: Improvement (was: Bug)
Summary: replace tcp_info config file with command line options (was:
tcp_info plugin should load its config relative to SYSCONFDIR)
After thinking about this some more, I will just replace the configuration file
with command line options. There's really no need to have another config file
here. I have a patch pending approval.
