This goes into v5.0.0?
Also, I'm still not super thrilled on the label naming, if it's a label
intended for a group of people, call it something that shows the intent of the
label. I think for most part, the SPDY and HTTP/2 Components should suffice and
be used (labels are harder to manage than components in Jira, such as bulk
changing labels is incredibly lame).
