my logs_xml.config

<CollationHosts="172.16.2.53:8085|172.16.10.53:8085"/>

172.16.2.53  is down
172.16.10.53 is alive

When start ats, 172.16.2.53 orphan log write to local disk.
The diags.log  shown 
172.16.10.53 log up
