It looks like a lot of problems and it doesn't check the defaults hard coded in
the source (.cc files).
Could we possibly move all the documentation/descriptions from
*doc/reference/configuration/records.config.en.rst* to *mgmt/RecordsConfig.cc*
and then generate *records.config.en.rst* and *records.config.default.in* from
*RecordsConfig.cc*?
