What is {{proxy.config.spdy.accept_no_activity_timeout}} supposed to do? Why do
we need different accept timeouts for different protocols? The implementation
of {{proxy.config.spdy.accept_no_activity_timeout}} is to add a timeout after
the accept, which is not what I expected it to to.
