My assumption had been that setting e.g.
{code}
CONFIG proxy.config.spdy.initial_window_size_in INT 1048576
{code}
would increase the Send Window as reported by e.g. Chrome. But alas, it does
not. [~briang] sent me some patches to fix this, but that also seems to run
into another issue where configurations are not loaded properly for SPD. Still
investigating.
