Attach the initial patch to support ECDSA and RSA certificates simultaneously.
Note that it requires OpenSSL-1.0.2 to be able to serve algorithm specific
chain in terms of the cipher suite advertised by client. I may make further
changes for the patch per some specific internal requirements.
