On testing an auth proxy plugin, this doesn't seem to be overridable (at least
in 4.2.1). The auth plugin config works when
proxy.config.http.doc_in_cache_skip_dns is set to 0 in records.config, but
stops working if its not there and instead use
@plugin=conf_remap.so @pparam=proxy.config.http.doc_in_cache_skip_dns=0
it no longer works.
