Please wait with this one. I've been working on an upgrade to the latest
pagespeed SDK plus the new in-place flow at
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/tree/oschaaf-ipro-flow
I fair that renaming all these things could make things very-hard to merge, as
it's not a minor change.
