Summary: Remove obsolete traffic_shell docs

There's two categories of docs here to consider for removal:
1) The docs and references to traffic_shell.
2) The various man pages for show_* commands.
I left this in place, because when the plan to nuke traffic_shell was
discussed, there was opposition to its removal. So a Perl script was
implemented to replace traffic_shell, but at this point, no one cared any more.
