I assume some options in the default configuration are not set up 
automatically. If they are obligatory, `configure` shouldn't succeed, but force 
the correct setup. Error (see title) occurs at invokation of 
`/usr/local/bin/traffic_server start` in Debian 7.6 on armv7l/Debian armhf 
architecture.
