For the moment ats_pagespeed expect proxy.config.url_remap.pristine_host_hdr to
be set to 0, which means pristine host header isn't supported. While preserving
the host header is critical for a reverse proxy that have many different sites
configured on it, and using ats_pagespeed is very appealing for such a
configuration.
