This is a follow up jira for TS-3060. TS-3060 enhances the handling of timeout 
scenario during POST transactions by sending a HTTP status responses where 
possible. However, this change is being made configurable with default OFF in 
5.2. This jira proposed to deprecate that setting in 6.0
