TS-3153 developed a sni_proto_plugin that allows to enable/disable npn/alpn 
based on SNI. On an initial look, the same plugin can be enhanced to actually 
use a configured npn/alpn advertisement list to satisfy this requirement. 

The SNI hook that [~shinrich] added passes the netVC object to the plugin call 
back, so, it should be possible to associate a different set of advertised list 
for each SNI.
