Ah, ok. That makes sense to me, but it's definitely different than what David
had originally requested w.r.t. to a fixed # of times traffic_manager would
attempt the restart.
I suppose this would drastically cut down on the number of emails he'd be
getting/stop floods of emails because presumably an admin could respond during
one of the waits but it wouldn't impose any sort of limit. But just to make
sure I understand, you wouldn't want to impose any sort of cap on the # of
times it restarted?
