http://www.test.com/test.mp4 is HIT_FRESH in cache
In TS_EVENT_HTTP_CACHE_LOOKUP_COMPLETE event
I use TSHttpTxnCacheLookupStatusSet api change cache status to HIT_STALE
And use TSHttpTxnServerAddrSet api add a server addr
Then the server request http version is 0.9(client request http version is 1.1)
I find the code in this situation no dnslookup, so the http version no change
to 1.1
