It seems plugin should call TSVConnReenable after TSVConnTunnel to put vc back
to processing queue.
Also, sslHandShakeComplete should be set to 0 before TSVConnReenable is called,
otherwise ClientHello won't be forwarded to the origin server
(SSLNetVConnection.cc:450).
A patch to SSLNetVConnection has attached.
