Hmm, that's done via get_ka_info_from_host_db() which gets called from inside 
the OSDNSLookup() - but, I suppose I could do the extra checking also in 
get_ka_info_from_config()?

client request is not http 1.1 there is no reason to do a HOSTDB lookup, right?
