This configuration has a default of "REMAP_ALL", which the settings of 0 and 1
implies. There's an undocumented feature to set this to "2", which is
URL_REMAP_FOR_OS.
I know that this feature is partially busted, since the introduction of the
remap processor. I don't know of anyone ever using this. So, to simplify the
code, can we remove this option entirely?
