Fully agree - fwiw, it's not entirely un-precedented though (like most things
with ATS :=)). There are other Get() API that seem to also do things that are
not very clean (e.g. {{TSHttpTxnCachedReqGet}}, {{TSHttpTxnCachedRespGet}},
{{TSHttpTxnCacheLookupUrlGet}}).
Btw, the copy (second patch) I was referring to was not from within the API :)
- no change in the API, but, just create/copy the pristine_url explicitly when
remap is skipped. In any case, it's all good now, with a combination of the two
