It seems that the change in commit 8152dbfc2af3c85b545d7c2b34eb6c05cc189fe8 may
not be desirable to some use cases which host tons of ssl certs. [~reveller]
noticed that ATS wouldn't come up when he had some bad certs in his
*ssl_multicert.config*. Perhaps, the fix may be made configurable with default
to force exit on bad config, but, allow to continue if the user choses and
configures to. Also, would be nice to make the *exit* an *assert* to quickly
identify the back trace and the reason for the problem.
