Couple suggestions:
Can 'traffic_line -s' and 'traffic_ctl config set' send a warning after making
a setting change that it will take 5-10 seconds to take effect?
Currently the command will warn you when a reboot is needed, but it would be
handy if it by default reported when a reboot is unnecessary as well.
Neither tool outputs anything usually when making a setting change, leaving the
user to wonder if it worked or not..
I only recently found out there was a delay in making a change and having it
take effect; I frequently just thought traffic_line -s didn't work for a
particular setting, but I may not have been waiting long enough.
